Now this is a far better idea than "Sex and the City 3." Long before there was Carrie Bradshaw with her tutu/head scarf pairings and Samantha with her fondness for vibrators, there were Edina and Patsy of "Absolutely Fabulous." The 40-something magazine editor and her sidekick, a PR agent, were big time hippies who went on to disco hard in the '70s and new wave out in the '80s. And they aren't about to let their age keep them from chasing the cool. These two Brits cling to their booze, cigarettes and couture, no matter what Edina's daughter Saffron had to say. The show was far too hilarious. And so I am glad to announce that it will once again be on TV. Actresses Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley have signed on to reprise their roles for three US specials, which will air on both BBC America and Logo.
